The owners, a husband and wife team, saw the potential in transforming the historic building into a unique and cozy dining experience. The original bank vault is still intact and doubles as a private dining room for special events.The Atmosphere: Walking into The Vault, you are immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The original brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows give the space a charming character. The intimate booths and quiet corner tables create a romantic ambiance, perfect for a date night or special celebration. The Vault also has a covered outdoor patio that is ideal for enjoying a meal on a sunny Oregon day.
The Menu: The menu at The Vault is a blend of American and European cuisine, featuring locally-sourced ingredients and seasonal dishes. Their focus on quality and flavor is evident in each dish. Some notable favorites include the pan-seared Pacific Northwest rockfish, baby back ribs, and their famous prime rib. The selection of wines, beers, and cocktails complements the menu perfectly.
