Experience: I recently dined at The Foundry with my family who were visiting from out of town, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our server was attentive and made great recommendations, and the food was exceptional. We started with the crispy brussels sprouts appetizer, which was cooked to perfection, followed by the house burger and wood-fired pizza, both of which were delicious. We also couldn't resist trying their homemade apple crisp for dessert, and it did not disappoint.
