Joseph Borst promised his wife Mary to build her the finest home along the Washington extension of the Oregon Trail and fulfilled that promise he did. The original home is open for tours as part of the Borst Park Complex. 

Shop until you drop at the Centralia Factory Outlets that boasts all the name brands such as Nike, Ralph Lauren, Coach and much much more. Continue shopping at the Centralia Farmer's Market held every Friday from May to September. The market features locally grown produce, baked goods and handcrafted items for that special souvenir home. 

Step back in history at the McMenamin's Olympic Club Hotel, and Theater opened in 1908. Much has remained unchanged with its 27 European-styled guestrooms, each named after a person of interest. The theater shows second run films and hosts musical and comedy performances.
