The Hassanamesit Woods, near the Hassanamisco Reservation, have several hiking trails with wildlife and historic ruins rife with Native American history.

Ridge Valley Riding Stables provide horse riding along multiple trails, including along the beach and on the sand dunes.  Other outdoor attractions include Prescott Wildlife Sanctuary, Point Rok Beach, and the 33-acre Fisher Park.

The Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a national park in Grafton recognizing it as part of the oldest industrialized region in the country.  Despite all the outdoor fun, indoor activities also abound.

Tucked away in Grafton lies the Willard House and Clock Museum.  This historic site displays the Willard family home as it was in the 1700’s when this family lived as master clockmakers.  The museum houses many artifacts including a clock made for George Washington!  Guided tours given by knowledgeable tour guides are available.
