Booking a Hotel in Lehi, UT

Lehi, Utah is located in Utah County and is approximately 28 miles south of Salt Lake City. A group of Mormon pioneers settled in the area 1850's then named Dry Creek, then renamed to Evansville, then renamed again after a prophet in the Book of Mormon. A popular attraction for locals and visitors alike is Thanksgiving Point. This complex consists of five main attractions: Thanksgiving Point Gardens, Thanksgiving Golf Course, the Museum of Ancient Life, the Museum of Natual Curiosity and Farm Country. The site features a Megaplex Theaters and has several restaurants and gift shops.  During various times of the year, the site holds the Tulip Festival, Scottish Festival, Cornbelly's Halloween attraction and Highland Games. 

Another attraction nearby was immortalized in the 1984 film Footloose, Lehi Roller Mills. The site is featured as Ren McCormack's (Kevin Bacon) workplace and the location of the famous dance. 

Lehi is a great city to explore all the outer area attractions with Utah Lake to the South and Salt Lake City to the North. There's something for everyone in the family to do the in the general area.
