Another great destination a short drive away is the Saint Edward State Park sitting on 316-acres of historic trails under a beautiful forest canopy. Take a hike or bicycle ride through the park and see the various points of interest including the Saint Edward Seminary and Carole Ann Wald Memorial Indoor Pool.
A local park worth a quick visit is the Boeing Creek Park near Shoreline Community College. Several miles of trails woven into the forest with a gentle background noise as the creek flows. A great little retreat from an urban environment for a quick after work walk or a picnic with the family.
