Dinuba is located in Tulare County, California and is approximately 21 miles north of Visalia and 30 miles south of Fresno. The railroad has a long history with Dinuba and came about when the tracks were extended from Fresno to Visalia in 1888. A Railroad Depot was built in Dinuba but partially burned down in 1911. Later the Depot was moved and has since been restored into a Museum, and numerous exhibits have been installed. Included in the exhibits are Veteran's Display, Native American Display, the Orosi Room, Woman's Club Exhibit and Grange Exhibit.
Ruiz Foods calls Dinuba home offering over 200 different products such as El Monterey and Tornado brand names. In October 2003 George W. Bush made a visit to this small community, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the company.
Hop in the car and a short drive away is the Riverway Sports Park. The park features a kids favorite interactive splash pad, soccer fields, picnic tables, baseball complex.
