Vermilion, Ohio is located in Erie, and Lorain Counties is approximately 41 miles west of Cleveland. The park and reservation span two adjacent areas carved by the Vermilion River with its ribbon of shale cliffs. Also on the property is The Carriage Barn and Museum where you can walk through the original settlers house of Benjamin Bacon.   The amphitheater hosts musical concerts and several programs and events throughout the year including the Herb Fair and Winder Days Festival.
