I recently visited Fiesta Mexicana while passing through Eloy and I was blown away by the food and service. The chips and salsa were some of the best I've had, and my meal (the carne asada tacos) was cooked to perfection. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel like I was a part of their family. I also loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, it truly felt like I was in Mexico. I will definitely be making a stop at Fiesta Mexicana every time I am in town. It's clear why this restaurant has been a local favorite for almost 30 years.
